If there’s one thing that all women try to fight, it’s their age. I mean, who doesn’t want to try to find out the secret to looking and feeling younger? Did you know that there are many factors that actually determine your ‘real’ age? That is to say, you could be 35 years old, but have the body of a 30 year-old. Obvious factors such as eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly can actually be effective in helping to ‘turn back the clock’ with respect to aging. Other factors that can help to lower your ‘real age’ include good habits such as regularly brushing your teeth and flossing. To help get you into good habits and on the path to reversing your ‘real age,’ I’ve (1) created a great head-to-toe workout that you can do anywhere, and (2) secured a $4 off coupon for a Philips Sonicare #PowerUp battery-powered spin toothbrush to help my fans prevent cavities and improve gum health. (To access the coupon, shop at Usa.Philips.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Drugstore.com now through 12/14/14, and $4 will be instantly taken off the purchase price of the toothbrush.) You’re welcome!
Know Before You Go
Do a 10-minute warm up before your workout. Walk or jog around your block or in place in your living room, or dance around to 3 of your favorite songs. If you have access to a treadmill, walk at a slow speed (I recommend 3.5 mph) and at a high incline (8.5-9.0). Drink water between each circuit to stay hydrated, and stretch for 10 minutes after the workout.
It’s OK if this workout is challenging for you… if you keep this up just 2x per week, in a month or so this will likely be a lot easier.

Stand up and jump up. Repeat 12x.
